Contact support
The fastest way to get help is email. Include as much detail as you can — the game, the platform (iOS, Android, PC), your device model, and a description of what went wrong. Screenshots and screen recordings help a ton.

Frequently asked questions
How do I report a bug?
Email support@nerdbucket.org with the name of the game, your platform and device, and a clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen. A screenshot or screen recording of the issue speeds things up enormously.
I have an idea for a game or feature. Do you take suggestions?
Absolutely. We read every suggestion that lands in our inbox. We can't promise we'll build every idea — we're a small team with strong opinions — but great ideas from players regularly shape what we work on next.
I was charged for something by mistake. Can you refund me?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google, respectively. They can process refunds faster than we can. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the Play Store app, find the purchase in your order history, and select "Request a refund." If those paths don't work for you, email us and we'll do what we can to help.
Do your games collect personal data?
We collect only what's needed to make the games work, debug problems, and measure anonymous usage. Each game's specific privacy practices are disclosed in its store listing. If you have a specific question about what data a game collects, email us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Can I contact you about press, partnerships, or business stuff?
Yes. Use the same email — support@nerdbucket.org — and we'll route it to the right person. (Spoiler: it's usually the same person.)
